from the sun god Inti to us
The sun god Inti gave the Inca people rich gifts of alpacas. They used the jewel among the fiber animals to make the most precious blankets from its fleece. Today we use it and are grateful for this gift.
American roots
... across the American continent to us
The alpacas (Huacaya and Suri) come from the American continent and were domesticated about 7,000 years ago. Today alpacas are mainly kept in South America (Peru, Chile and Bolivia) for wool production.

Alpacas have been established in Europe since the mid-1980s and have been bred in their own lines ever since. Our fibers come from 100% selected, qualified German and Austrian companies.
